Gilmore Girls touched an entire generation of mothers and daughters and remains one of the WB’s most beloved shows to this day. Raise your hand if you’re guilty of more than more than a few Netflix binges! Those of us who started watching the show in our teens have grown up alongside Rory, the fiercely-driven wanna-be journalist played by Alexis Bledel. This was Bledel’s first acting role, and not only did she garner a devoted fan base, but she raked in a number of awards and nominations. Bledel won two Teen Choice Awards, but when Gilmore Girls ended in 2000, Bledel’s roles started to become more and more infrequent. In 2005, she starred in the hit blockbuster The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, but only nabbed a couple indie credits between then and now.
