Margera took Rivell to court after she broke into his house because she apparently caused over $20,000 worth of damage to his home!

Not only that, he also claimed that Rivell pushed him into an empty pool and threw broken glass at him. While the property damage claims were not out of the question, the judges doubted the physical abuse.
