According to Ray’s side of the story, she and Margera got into a heated verbal argument in which he directed a racial slur towards her. Ray was charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Margera apparently urged the court not to send Ray to prison, however, after he found out that she was caring for her elderly mother.
