Jackass was the show that launched the careers of Margera, Johnny Knoxville, and Steve-O. The shown ran on MTV from 2000-2002, and was followed up with a trilogy of Jackass movies, which pushed things to a whole new level.

Despite the show encouraging dangerous acts, the show sparked a few spinoffs.
