Another couple that began their relationship in 2005, Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey met when Canon presented Carey with a Teen Choice Award for Choice Music R&B Artist. The two were married from 2008 until 2016. They had twins together, a boy and a girl named Moroccan and Monroe.

In an interview, Carey said that she never thought she’d divorce Cannon. She wasn’t expecting to have kids with someone and then have that relationship end— but that’s life I guess. After her split from Cannon, Carey was briefly engaged to businessman James Packer. Cannon has since had another child with Brittany Bell, a beauty pageant winner he dated for a short time in 2017.
