Maria Shriver filed for divorce from her husband of 25 years after she found out that he fathered a child with their housekeeper. The pair initially met in 1977 when Tom Brokaw introduced them to each other at a charity tennis tournament. They got married in 1986 and had four children together.

Schwarzenegger’s illegitimate son was born in 1997. He admitted his affair to Maria and to the public in 2011, after he left his position as the governor of California. He told Henry Levin, “I don’t need any time to reflect when I know it was a major, major screw-up.”
