Tim Robbins and Susan Sarandon’s love affair began in 1987 on the set of Bull Durham. Although they never married, they had two sons together, Jack in 1989 and Miles in 1992. They announced their separation in 2009, much to the dismay of us common folk who thought their love would last forever.

Sarandon also thought that the pair was in it for the long run. She told the Telegraph, “People were coming up to me in the street and saying, ‘I cried and cried when I heard, well, I was sadder!
