Katie Holmes had a crush on Tom Cruise long before the pair actually met. In a 2004 interview with Seventeen magazine, she said, “I think every little girl dreams about (her wedding). I used to think I was going to marry Tom Cruise.”

By the next year, they were an official couple. Cruise did his now infamous “I’m in love with Katie Holmes” couch jumping thing on The Oprah Winfrey Show and Cruise and Holmes get married in 2006, 7 months after the birth of their daughter, Suri. Holmes filed for divorce in 2012 and we feel like Cruise’s dedication to Scientology probably had something to do with it.
