Like most parents, Nicole Richie and her husband Joel Madden (of Good Charlotte fame), aren’t always on the same page when it comes to the rules. It seems Joel likes to play good cop. Richie has laughingly mentioned that husband Joel Madden will get the kids pizza and other snacks.
