Gisele Bündchen: Elimination Communication
The eco-minded Gisele adopted elimination communication as a way to cut back on diaper waste. She told the Boston Herald that Benjamin was on a schedule, so she would breastfeed in the morning and he would eliminate right after. “Give it about five minutes, and bang,” she said.
Gisele’s Healthy Family Diet
Gisele is not a fan of sweets in the house. “80 percent of what [the kids] eat is vegetables,” she said. “If it’s not organic I don’t use it.” It’s no surprise the fashion model and her football playing husband Tom Brady eat healthily, or that they passed that on to their kids.
Bündchen also stated that her kids are only used to certain kinds of sweets, so they weren’t fond of their Halloween candy. “We don’t really have that kind of sugar in our house. I let them try one but they really only had one bite and then they didn’t want it anymore,” she said. Less sugar seems like it could be a good thing for a lot of kids in this day and age.
