LiLo’s Strange Relationship With Her Half-Sister

Ashley Horn is the younger half-sister of Lindsay Lohan and their relationship is pretty strange, to say the least. Michael Lohan had an affair with Ashley’s mother in 1995 but kept his illegitimate child a secret.

After discovering that Lindsay was her half-sister when she turned 18, Ashley boasted about undergoing five plastic surgery procedures as well as spending $250,000 to look more like her celeb big sis. She even told In Touch that she thought she was “hotter” than LiLo. People immediately called her out for being fame-hungry and she eventually apologized.
