Taylor Swift’s Younger Brother Has A Passion For Film

Taylor Swift’s younger brother might only be famous by proxy (seriously, he shares DNA with the world’s biggest, living popstar), but he’s looking to pave his own path. Austin Swift is well on his way to becoming an actor after graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2015. The 25-year-old filmed a role in I.T. (the Pierce Brosnan film, not the Stephen King thriller) in 2016 and finished an internship at Lionsgate. Swift’s younger brother credits his sister’s tenacity as a major inspiration.

“Something I learned myself, and learned through watching her, is respect,” he told Vanity Fair. “You just respect everyone’s time, everyone that you’re working with. They’re all there, it’s all their lives, and you need to put the work in to be worth that.”
