Winona Ryder owned this 1930’s Spanish villa from 1998 until 2013 when she placed it on the market for $4 million. The mansion is located in Beverly Hills and has a long list of famous, previous owners that include Angie Everhart and Bernie Taupin. The four bedroom property is ultra exclusive, hidden behind ficus trees that lead to a brick patio.

Winona Stays True To The Structure

The mansion’s design has remained untouched since 1936 and holds true to its original vintage structure and elements. The living room has a stunning bay window that lets sunlight through from the backyard, where there also lies a patio and private pool.
