Professional basketball player Nick Young was the victim of two home invasions over the course of 2017. After the first incident, he buffed up on security, as well as began to put his important and expensive items in a safe, thinking that would stop any further robberies.

Nevertheless, during the second robbery, his attempts to prevent another burglary were futile, and the thieves ended up just stealing the entire safe. Altogether, he lost around $500,000 in cash and other valuables. Surely, Young is just discouraged at this point.
