Princess Charlotte Casiraghi’s maternal grandmother was the former Princess of Monaco, Grace Kelly. She was also named after her paternal grandmother, the Duchess of Valentinois. Charlotte is a fairly private person, trying to keep her personal life private, but her romantic life is discussed regularly in public anyway. In 2013, she had a son with actor Gad Elmaleh out of wedlock.

The couple has since parted ways. It’s rumored (of course, because she hasn’t made any statement about why the split happened) that the cause of the split was Gad’s apparent lack of desire to spend time with Charlotte and their son and his busy schedule.
