Her name is Princess Tsuguko of Takamado. She is 31 years of age and she has a record of dropping out from school. She first went to Faculty of Intercultural Studies of Gakushuin Women’s College but dropped out in 2005. Then she went to the University of Edinburgh in Scotland for four whole years studying sociology and criminal psychology before dropping out.

Her beauty has been recognized before. Back in 2008, Forbes named her on their 20 Hottest Young Royals list. She has made appearances but not much in the field of philanthropy as her other peers seem to do a lot.
