Here is an interesting situation but not one you wouldn’t be able to relate to. Zara Tindall is a princess by blood but her mother, who uses the princess title (Princess Anne of Orange) decided to not give her any formal title because she wanted her to have somewhat of a normal life.

Tindall’s life is far from normal but only because how good she is at horseback riding. She won the Eventing World Championship in 2006 and then six years later she was able to secure a silver medal at the Olympics where her mother was able to present it to her.
