We all remember Florence Henderson as the number one mother on television. Her long lasting role of Carol Brady on the unforgettable television sitcom The Brady Bunch will forever be her legacy, but what fans did not know is that Henderson suffered from a 10-year battle with heart disease.

Although she had just made a recent appearance on Dancing With The Stars in support of her television daughter Maureen McCormick, Florence passed away only three days later as a result of heart failure. Fans were in shock after just seeing the seemingly healthy actress looking bright and youthful, but we now know looks can be deceiving as we had to mourn the loss of the great Florence Henderson on November 24, 2016. She was 82.
