Nicole Sullivan was among the original cast members on MadTV when it premiered in 1995. Sullivan created numerous characters, including the mean-spirited Vancome Lady, and the racist country singer Darlene McBride. Her tenure on the show was for eight seasons from 1995-2003, then from 2003-2005.

Sullivan has had quite the career outside of MadTV. She guest starred on The Drew Carey Show, played Holly Schumpert on The King of Queens, and she provided her voice for many shows, such as Muriel Goldman on Family Guy and Marlene on The Penguins of Madagascar.

Another original cast member had a multitude of celebrity impressions from Pamela Anderson, to Cher, to Teri Hatcher that shot her into the spotlight.
