Mo Collins joined the cast at the same time as Michael McDonald. She would stay until the end of the ninth season, appearing in only 14 episodes in that final season. Her popular stint on the show led her to come back to guest star the following season. Her best and most popular character was Doreen, the screechy-voiced mother of Stuart Larkin.

Collins also did a multitude of celebrity impressions from Pamela Anderson to Cher to Teri Hatcher. During the 300th episode, she came back to make a guest appearance, then again on the final episode of season 14. She had a semi-recurring role on Parks and Recreation as Joan Callamezzo.

One Big Bang Theory star was a cast member for only one season.
