What Insect Is Living Inside Your Knees, Sir?

I haven’t seen knobs like that since I last climbed an old oak tree. Knees just aren’t supposed to look like that. Did he knock knees with someone on the court, or does he have some kind of super knee that can bend in every direction? I think this guy should probably see a doctor.
