In 2012, Tommy Jordan went viral after he put a video on YouTube where he filmed himself shooting his daughter’s laptop. Apparently, his fifteen-year-old has posted some rude comments about her parents and this was her punishment.

Much of the internet thought this was way too over-the-top and both the police and Child Protective Services visited the creative dad, although apparently the police only congratulated him on a job well done. Two years later, Tommy spoke to the Huffington Post and said he didn’t regret posting the video. He said he prefers disciplining his daughter in this manner as opposed to other videos he’s seen that have shown parents literally whipping their kids. Check out the original video here.
