Tom Brady may just be the best quarterback of all time. No wonder he’s known as the GOAT. He is one of the most recognizable athletes and will go down as an icon in sports history. He was born with raw talent but that doesn’t mean he sailed smoothly to the top. He worked hard to secure those six Super Bowl wins for the Patriots. Those wins didn’t come without any gossip and scandals though. Remember Deflategate?

Keeping Composure

Just when Brady was about to show his ability as the sole starting quarterback, Michigan forced him to share it with Drew Henson. The two players had a lot in common, including being two-sport athletes that could have played baseball.

The school didn’t want Henson to leave, so the senior Brady had to share reps with the sophomore. This gave Brady a huge hit at trying to showcase his talents, but he persevered. Brady ended up leading the team to a win over Alabama in the 2000 Orange Bowl.
